Davin Healthcare Workforce Solutions attended the 2023 Texas Hospital Association Conference in Austin earlier this month. David Theobald, RN, MSN, CSP, Founder/CEO of Davin Healthcare, and Kelly King, Executive Vice President of Client Relations, worked booth 204 and met with healthcare leaders from across the State.
The THA conference touched on many topics, such as the need for more robust leadership training in areas such as workflows, budgeting, and efficiencies designed to reinforce and strengthen recruitment, engagement, and the overall retention of the organization’s most valuable resources, namely primary care physicians, advanced practice practitioners, nurses, frontline clinicians, and support employees.
Other pressing issues presented to us included ongoing hospital staffing challenges, and Davin Healthcare was there to answer. We meet that challenge head-on by offering support to nursing education to help expand the number of caregivers well into the future while offering customized workforce staffing solutions to help hospitals meet today’s needs. THA also focused on mental health and wellness, a challenge in which Davin Healthcare has taken the lead in offering mental health services to all employees and caregivers during one of the nation’s biggest crises.
In short, the conference was a resounding success! Davin Healthcare will continue to support the THA and its endeavors, ensuring that quality and education are at the forefront of everything we do.
