2019 Tuition Reimbursement Announcement

11 Jan, 2024

The beginning of a new year is often a time to think about the future and set goals for the year ahead.  CEO Dave Theobald wanted to help employees reach their goals and, in an effort to do so, he has increased tuition reimbursement for employees.

Program Highlights:

  • Must have one year of continuous service to be eligible
  • Be considered a benefits-eligible employee and work an average of 30 hours a week
  • The reimbursement amount will depend on the final grade
  • Tuition reimbursement is not currently subject to state or federal income taxation

If you are an active employee, you can access the policy for additional information from their payroll portal.  If you aren’t an active employee but are interested in learning more, please fill out our online application and a recruiter will be in touch!
