As a travel nurse, it’s essential to prioritize your well-being by fueling your body with nutritious foods. Here are some tips and tricks to help you eat healthy while on assignment:

1. Plan Ahead: Before you embark on your next assignment, take some time to research the local grocery stores and farmer’s markets in the area. Stock up on fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains to have healthy options readily available.
