Hospice RN Registered Nurse in Hartford, KYFacility is Hartford, Kentucky is looking for a Hospice and Home Health Registered Nurse (RN). Caregiver must have Basic Life Support (BLS). Preferred if caregiver has Hospice/Home Health experience. Caregiver must have current active Kentucky (KY) license, 1 year experience in MS or 1 year Hospice experience, valid drivers license and proof of insurance. Caregiver will be required to go into patients homes. Caregiver must also have knowledge of palliative symptom control. Terms of On-Call: Must stay within 30 miles of Ohio County while on call and be able to come into work within 30mins while on call. **COVID vaccine is required.
