Urgent Care Registered Nurse in Saratoga Springs, NYA facility in Malta, NY is looking for an Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) to work in their Urgent Care Facility. Minimum 2 years of experience and current New York State license required. Must have knowledge of ER. Must have Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric advanced life support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS). Location: Malta Med Urgent Care. Every other weekend/holiday. Must have EPIC experience. **PREVIOUS COUNTY RESTRICTIONS HAVE BEEN REMOVED. THIS FACILITY WILL CONSIDER LOCAL CAREGIVERS (50 MILES OR LESS) AT A DISCOUNTED RATE OF $10 OFF CURRENT BILL RATE. YOU MUST CLEARLY DOCUMENT CARGEIVER IS LOCAL DURING SUBMISSION. THE FACILITY CAN CANCEL UP TO 5 SHIFTS PER CONTRACT.** **Local Rate(50 miles or less)$10 reduced rate.
