Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Glens Falls, NYA facility in Glens Falls, NY is looking for a Med Surg Registered Nurse (MS RN). Must have a minimum 2 years of experience and New York State (NYS) license. Basic Life Support (BLS) required. No call. Travel experience preferred. Every other weekend and every other holiday. GFH requires de-escalation training for all units (Welle, CPI or PMCS). EPIC experience is REQUIRED. GFH requires de-escalation training for all units (Welle, CPI or PMCS). THIS FACILITY WILL CONSIDER LOCAL CAREGIVERS (50 MILES OR LESS) AT A DISCOUNTED RATE OF $10 OFF CURRENT BILL RATE. YOU MUST CLEARLY DOCUMENT CARGEIVER IS LOCAL DURING SUBMISSION. THE FACILITY CAN CANCEL UP TO 5 SHIFTS PER CONTRACT. **Caregivers 50 miles or less can be considered at $10 below bill rate.
