Medical Surgical and Telemetry Registered Nurse in Glens Falls, NYA facility in Glens Falls, NY is looking for a MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN). Minimum 3 years recent experience in telemetry and Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) required. Stroke experience preferred. Should have experience with treatment and management of cardiac arrhythmias. Interpreting rhythms required. Must be willing to float to other medical/surgical units. EPIC experience required. GFH requires de-escalation training for all units (Welle, CPI or PMCS). MUST START BY 12/12. THIS FACILITY WILL CONSIDER LOCAL CAREGIVERS (50 MILES OR LESS) AT A DISCOUNTED RATE OF $10 OFF CURRENT BILL RATE. YOU MUST CLEARLY DOCUMENT CARGEIVER IS LOCAL DURING SUBMISSION. THE FACILITY CAN CANCEL UP TO 5 SHIFTS PER CONTRACT. **Caregivers 50 miles or less can be considered at $10 below bill rate.
