Oncology Registered Nurse in Glens Falls, NYA facility in Glens Falls, NY is looking for an Oncology Registered Nurse. Must have minimum 2 years experience. Must have EPIC experience. Must be proficient in peripheral IV insertion and port access. BLS required and ONS Chemo Administration Certification and OCN Certification is preferred. GFH requires de-escalation training for all units (Welle, CPI or PMCS). This is an offsite location for GFH and occasional travel to the Saratoga office may be needed. MUST START BY 12/12. THIS FACILITY WILL CONSIDER LOCAL CAREGIVERS (50 MILES OR LESS) AT A DISCOUNTED RATE OF $10 OFF CURRENT BILL RATE. YOU MUST CLEARLY DOCUMENT CARGEIVER IS LOCAL DURING SUBMISSION. . THE FACILITY CAN CANCEL UP TO 5 SHIFTS PER CONTRACT. **Caregivers 50 miles or less can be considered at $10 below bill rate.
