Operating Room Registered Nurse in Glens Falls, NYA Facility in Glens Falls, NY is looking to contract an Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse with 2 years experience in current field. Must have Basic Life Support (BLS). ORTHO EXPERIENCE IS A MUST! No weekends. call-1 shift/month if needed.4/10’s also available 12:30p-11p. Epic experience required. May need to flex to DAYS if needed. PREVIOUS COUNTY RESTRICTIONS HAVE BEEN REMOVED. THIS FACILITY WILL CONSIDER LOCAL CAREGIVERS (50 MILES OR LESS) AT A DISCOUNTED RATE OF $10 OFF CURRENT BILL RATE. YOU MUST CLEARLY DOCUMENT CARGEIVER IS LOCAL DURING SUBMISSION. THE FACILITY CAN CANCEL UP TO 5 SHIFTS PER CONTRACT. **Caregivers 50 miles or less can be considered at $10 below bill rate.
