Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is a long-term retirement benefit, with all eligible employees earning a yearly allocation of stock in addition to maintaining our 401(k) plan.Stock is granted each year to our employee-owners, and is fully employer-funded.

Tuition Reimbursement

We believe in the importance of life-long learning. Employees may submit requests for tuition reimbursement from accredited CE courses that are relevant to their specialty and license(s).  

Eligibility Requirements:  

– Employee must have completed a certain number of hours as an assigned employee of Davin Healthcare within the preceding (12) months.  

– Employee must be considered benefit-eligible.  

– Be an active employee at the time of request and reimbursement

Contract Specific Credential Reimbursements

Stay certified with our credential reimbursement program. When you take a 13-week travel contract with Davin Healthcare, we will reimburse you for the fees associated with licensure in the state of your contract, up to a maximum of $200. Contact HR for more information on this benefit.
