having healthy snacks on hand is a great way to keep your energy up and your mind sharp. That’s why we’re bringing you 4 of our favorite healthy snacks, great for any occasion!

 

1. Trail Mix

A classic, easy-to-carry snack that’s both satisfying and nutritious. 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup almonds 
  • 1 cup walnuts 
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries 
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips 

Instructions: 

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 
  2. Divide into small, portable containers or resealable bags. 

 

2. Veggie Sticks and Hummus

Crunchy vegetables paired with creamy hummus make a refreshing snack. 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 carrots, cut into sticks 
  • 2 celery stalks, cut into sticks 
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced 
  • 1 cup hummus 

Instructions: 

  1. Prepare the veggie sticks and store them in a container. 
  2. Portion the hummus into small containers. 
  3. Pack together for an easy grab-and-go snack. 

 

3. Greek Yogurt with Berries

A protein-packed snack with a touch of natural sweetness. 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt 
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries) 
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional) 

Instructions: 

  1. Place the Greek yogurt in a container. 
  2. Top with berries and drizzle with honey if desired. 
  3. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat.

 

4. Fruit and Nut Bars

Homemade bars that are healthier and tastier than store-bought options. 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup oats 
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts (chopped) 
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (chopped) 
  • 1/4 cup honey 
  • 1/4 cup almond butter 

Instructions: 

  1. Mix oats, nuts, and dried fruits in a bowl. 
  1. Warm the honey and almond butter together until smooth, then pour over the dry ingredients. 
  1. Mix well and press into a lined baking dish. 
  1. Refrigerate until firm, then cut into bars.
